Drew Decor Store is a new and exciting luxury wallpaper and paint shop in Sheffield like no other! It is run by myself - Suzanne Drew alongside my husband - Richard Drew, who has established himself as one of the finest painters and decorators in Sheffield.
The opening of the shop has always been a dream of mine, and when the opportunity arose to be able to have a shop on Ecclesall Road Sheffield, which is an area I have always loved visiting from being young, I didn't give it a second thought in leaving my previous job where I had worked for the past 16 years. Although I did make some good friends during my time there, I just knew it was the right time for me personally, and for my family to open the shop in Sheffield I had always dreamed of.
Upon visiting the shop, customers will feel relaxed in a refined environment where you can browse through wallpapers including brands Zoffany, Sanderson, Harlequin, Morris & Co, Anthology, Scion, Anaglypta & Cole & son.
You can also choose the perfect colour of paint from one our amazing paint stands by Sanderson & Zaffony where you are able to purchase a sample pot before deciding on that perfect colour.
Growing up I would often visit my Aunty and Uncle in York where they had a large lovely home next to York race track, and we would often either go into York or Harrogate with my Aunty who had a great eye for Art, fashion & interior design as she was an artist.
I also have fond memories of visiting London with my Mum and Aunty as my cousin had her own clothes shop on New Kings Road, which does remind me of Ecclesall Road Sheffield as it is very busy with a mix of pubs, cafes, restaurants & independent shops just to name a few. We would also visit the bigger stores such as Harrods and Harvey Nichols, and I always remember my Aunty getting the most out of whatever shop she visited, as she always wanted the personal touch while shopping, and I believe it was from me visiting these places from a young age with my Mum and Aunty that inspired me to have the passion I have today to open my own luxury wallpaper and paint shop in Sheffield.
