This was my first time using Drew Decorators. I really can't fault them. They arrived exactly when they said they would and took exactly how long they said they would. From start to finish their attention to detail and quality of work (filling and prep, emulsion, varnish) was top quality. Great people to work with. Came in exactly on budget.

They are now at the top of our list to get quotes from in the future. Highly recommended.

Our kitchen had water damage, exposed plaster and was in need of TLC. Richard and his team did a great job and have have transformed the room. The plaster and woodwork were thoroughly prepared, the walls lined, papered and painted. We cannot fault the work and are very pleased with the result. All of the workers were skilled, diligent, polite and friendly. The work was without delay. Richard kept us informed of the plan for the work. This is the third time that we have used Drew Decor and we are very likely to use them again for our future decorating projects.

The team from Drew have just completed a month long repaint of the outside of our house and we are delighted with the result.

We have used the services of Drew Decor they were fantastic from start to finish booking the appointment was so easy and simple to do , all confirmed and arrived on time. Everything that was promised happened as promised and service was exceptional. I have never known such a tidy decorator. No mess at all, even put my curtain poles back up and mended it for me 😂 nothing was too much trouble. We were lucky enough to also go and visit the shop. It's a must, it’s fabulous. Suzanne was so helpful and super lovely. I cannot recommend this company enough I just cannot wait to have them back to do some more decorating!

We chose Drew Decor as friends had recommended them. We visited Drew Decor shop where Suzanne was so very helpful in choosing wallpaper and paint for our bathroom, kitchen and hall, staircase and landing. Richard and his team did a brilliant job from start to finish despite facing challenges with our uneven walls. The patterned wallpapers look great and the Little Green paint on the woodwork and ceilings is excellent. Thank you for such a good expert and friendly service.

We are so pleased to have used Drew Decor for our downstairs renovation. Even though the project ended up being trickier than initially anticipated and took longer, Drew saw it through to completion. Even with extra trades needing to come in at the last minute and some tight deadlines, the quality of the craftsmanship is brilliant and we're very happy with the results.

We also really appreciated their considered advice on the colours we'd picked, their suggestions helped make the place even better.

Suzanne was extremely helpful in helping us to choose paint colours and fabric for curtains and a chair to be reupholstered. We are very pleased with our hallway and will be using her expertise to guide us through future projects.

Drew Decor recently made us 3 sets of pinch pleat curtains, fully lined with matching cushions. Suzanne was very helpful, professional, arranged samples and gave brilliant advice. Their fitter Dan also did a great job, carefully measuring up, fitting the poles and fitting the final products. We highly recommend Drew Decor.

Delighted to have Drew Decor decorate our living room. Getting a quote was very straightforward and we didn't have to wait long for the work to be done. Callum did an excellent job - professional, prompt, tidy, careful and he made sure to double check with us that we were happy with the paint colour etc early on.

WOW. Richard and his wonderful team of tradesmen have made a beautiful job of my bungalow. The workmanship and finish is absolutely first class. I have also used Drew Decor to make and fit some window blinds previously which were also beautiful quality and looked great. All in All an exceptional service and 100% recommended.

Astonishingly excellent staining and varnishing of 96 year old doors, skirtings and shelving to match the only surviving example of the original finish, plus papering and painting of a quite uneven kitchen ceiling which now looks like a brand new, super-flat, ceiling in a very attractive finish. As always Drew Decor excel in every possible way; and they'll be asked to come back to do more work next year.

Richard's team did an excellent job which they were trusted to do whilst we were away. The works included all external paintwork and the redecoration of the kitchen. Externally attention to detail was good. The kitchen was completed exactly to our requirements. Richard had advised on the kitchen colour which proved to be perfect. Richard and the his team carried out a full redecoration of our home. We are over the moon with the results!! The attention to detail and the high standard of the finish in all of the rooms is outstanding. Staff were all punctual, friendly and very professional. We were kept informed at all times and Richard guided us through the whole process. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Work - Small bedroom with new built in MDF shaker cupboards painted. Walls and Door entrance in appalling state with significant holes and patching work. The brief was to turn into as immaculate room as possible. The work surpassed all expectations and was 100% as requested.

I was given detailed guidance on the best paints and products required to achieve the best finish possible. Even help with colour selection.

From the initial quote the communications were clear, honest and helpful. The timings of email communications, phone calls, meetings, start dates etc. were accurate to the minute.

Chris arrived on time to complete the challenge. His work surpassed all expectations with attention to detail and excellent communications. Because the room was in such a state he kept me up to date on progress so that I could feedback as things progressed. I did not need to request any changes as it was all exactly as expected & quoted.

An unexpected positive was the care that was taken to respect my home and personal space. Living on my own I dreaded someone being in for a week but my fears were soon unfounded. I work from home and I can honestly say that Chris was a joy to have in the home.

Drew Decorators have completed a refresh of our woodwork and rendering. Great job started and completed on time. I was impressed with their preparation and the finish is exceptional.

We have used Drew Decor to decorate many rooms now, due to the excellent service they provide from start to finish. Richard is always very approachable, and responds in a timely fashion to messages. The team are reliable, punctual and all very friendly. Their work is thorough and to such a high standard. Richard and Harry have just finished redecorating my lounge. After many years of 'playing it safe' I finally went with my gut feelings and have bold crimson and gold William Morris wallpaper, a classic Anaglypta ("Wilton" pattern) on the ceiling and frieze and Richard has fitted coving which transforms the appearance of the ceiling entirely. Everything above the picture rail is painted an opulent golden shade ("Bassoon"). Gloss work around the window and on the radiator is a bold red to match the wallpaper background and - as always with Drew Decor - the finish is utterly amazing. It feels like walking in to a National Trust parlour rather than a 1928 semi's lounge! Words cannot do justice to the finish and appearance and I've already asked for a quote for further work elsewhere in the house. First class work as ever: thankyou

We've had Drew Decor in several times now to decorate multiple rooms in our house (bedrooms, bathroom, landing and stairs). They're always a pleasure to work with - high standard of work, completed in reasonable time, helpful, good communication, realistic quotes which they adhere to (unless we choose to make changes) easy to book in, view estimates and pay, friendly and reliable staff, respectful of our home, belongings and family life. We will be asking them back again to do further work as we continue to decorate our house.

I contacted Richard after he was highly recommended by a family friend. I asked Richard to quote for painting a two bedroom flat. Richard was efficient in attending the flat and providing a comprehensive quotation.

The team attended the flat and carried out the work in 4 days. My husband was working on the bathroom of the flat at the same time and can say they were trustworthy, reliable and efficient.

We have just had Richard to decorate our back bedroom/garden room and what a brilliant job he did. So pleased to have found Drew Decor! After many years we finally plucked up courage and had 4 areas re-decorated over 8 weeks. So impressed by the skill and expertise of the whole team and very grateful for their care, advice and sheer professionalism throughout. Dealing with Drew Decor has been a pleasure. They decorated our lounge and it looks fabulous. Callum was so lovely and Richard re-enforced the radiator fixings as he felt they weren't strong enough. They are coming back to paint our kitchen next month.

Richard's regular advert in our local magazine gave me the confidence to approach his wife, Suzanne, in her interior design store on Ecclesall Rd and start the ball rolling for a major overhaul to the inside of our house. Mainly painting but some wallpapering. Many cracks in walls/ceilings had appeared over the last 20 years and lots of grubby marks. Suzanne and Richard visited our house in Oct 23, took photos and measurements for quotes that turned out to be very close to the final cost despite changing the sequence of work later. Each phase occurred at the booked time. Phase 1 (Dec 23): 2 weeks of 2 men painting/wallpapering the attic bedroom & bathroom, then painting the attic & first floor landing including the huge wall from the roof. The quality of work was fantastic - smooth finishes, all the cracks gone, pristine lines and amazing symmetry in the hanging of wallpaper! They were extremely tidy and the carpets were hoovered at the end of everyday. Phase 2 (Feb 24): 1 week with 6 men (we went away). Everyone was polite and easy to talk to. All were conscientious and very hard working to get the job done in such a short time. This involved wallpapering a bedroom and one wall in the hall. Painting the rest of the stairs, hall, porch, pantry, lounge and kitchen/dining room including the dreaded ceilings. Nothing was a problem. Great suggestions for paint colours and wallpapers. Two sets of blinds also organised and fitted the week after. We fully recommend Richard and Suzanne.

Had our lounge, hall, stairs and landing refreshed by team Drew in Jan 2024 and were yet again massively impressed with the quality of work an finish. The team went the extra mile with preparation and finishing touches, even repairing flaws from our own previous decorating blunders, leaving a great all round finish.

Our hall stairs and landing were in dire need of remedial work. I had visited Drew Decor Store a few times looking for inspiration and had found something I was really happy with. We were impressed by the emphasis Drew Décor place on preparation and asked Richard to quote. He looked very carefully at every aspect of the area, and took plenty of photos as well as measurements. We accepted his quote and agreed a start date. On the day, and throughout the work, the team was well briefed and organised – work was carried out efficiently, to a very high standard. Cleaning at the end of each day was exemplary - the clever sander/vacuum combination drastically reduces dust! We are delighted with the result and now have a lovely entrance to our home. Drew Decor will be our first choice for future decorating projects!

We contacted Richard for support when part of a clients ceiling in an old Edwardian house needed to be repaired. The repair was carried out by our plastering partners but left a situation where 1/2 the wallpaper on the ceiling needed to be replaced and the whole room redecorated. Richard was called to support regarding the decorating.

Not only was he able to find a wallpaper pattern to match the existing 16 year old installation, but he carefully matched it in and avoiding us having to re-paper the whole ceiling. He then painted all the covings, frieze and ceiling to a very high standard so the ceiling was back to its former glory.

Our client is very happy with the work carried out and we're extremely pleased with the final outcome.

The team spruced up our entire kitchen to a fantastic standard, it really does look brand new again. A great wok ethic, left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day, cannot find fault with them and they never refused a cup of tea! Would definitely use them again.

Recently completed exterior paintwork to the back of the house. Done to an excellent standard with minimum mess. Planning the next job later this year.

I can only confirm what's been said in previous reviews. They started a few days late, which is pretty good given the pandemic problems, and put in a shift to repaint the whole interior for Christmas. There was good communication about our requirements and about how to manage repainting every room while we were living there. The work was top notch - 4 weeks on, I'm still looking at it and thinking how pleased I am with it. The staff were professional, courteous and took appropriate CoVID-19 precautions. Highly recommended.

I recently used Drew Decor for the first time and I have to say I was very impressed with the job they did. They always arrived exactly when they said they would, got on with the job and were polite and friendly. They spent a whole day prepping the hall and staircase which meant that the final job looked really good. My hallway looks great and I am 100% satisfied with the work they carried out.
