In that spirit, here are the answers to Interior Design FAQs you may have when choosing our services.

  • What areas do you serve?
    Our Interior Design Store is based on Ecclesall Road in the centre of Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Drew Decor provides Interior Design Services in Sheffield and surrounding areas.
  • How do I begin an Interior Design Project with Drew Decor?
    Please contact our Interior Design Store in Sheffield to set up an initial consultation. During this meeting, we will discuss your budget, design preferences and needs, your family's needs, your home's functional requirements, and your goals for the project. All this information will help shape your design aspirations.
  • What should I bring to the initial Interior Design Meeting?
    If you have saved images for inspiration, such as from magazines or social media, they will help us get to know your style. It might also be a good idea to have some pictures of styles you don't want, so our designers remain fully aware of what to avoid.
  • Do you visit clients' homes?
    Yes, we can arrange a home visit to discuss your ideas and take photos of the rooms that require styling.
  • Who makes your bespoke curtains & roman blinds?
    We use a company based in Cambridgeshire with over 40 years of experience who has an excellent reputation for attention to quality control & customer service.
  • Do you offer a measuring service?
    Yes, we do. We charge £40, which will then be redeemable against your order. One of our trusted fitters will visit and give advice on site.
  • How long does it take for bespoke curtains to be made?
    It takes approximately 5 to ­6 weeks to make custom curtains, but this may vary in the busier months.
  • How long does it take for a bespoke roman blind to be made?
    The custom Roman Blinds are crafted within 4 to 5 weeks; however, it may take longer during busy periods. The exact lead times are always confirmed at the time of ordering.
  • Do you have fabric books to view in store?
    Yes, we do. We have a large selection of fabric books to browse through.
  • Can I get free samples?
    Yes, you can have free fabric and wallpaper samples posted directly to your address.
  • How long does it take for wallpaper to be delivered?
    Usually 2 to ­3 days, but you can also pay extra for next­ day delivery on certain brands if ordered before 12:00.
  • Can the wallpaper be delivered directly to my address?
    Yes, it can, free of charge for standard delivery.
  • Can I return a roll of wallpaper?
    Unfortunately, not as the suppliers will not allow us to return just one roll. It has to be a minimum of 5 rolls from the same batch. You can, however, put rolls on reserve if you're unsure of the quantity.
  • What interior styling service do you offer?
    We can create mood boards & digital mood boards from £80 per room, which will include fabrics, wallpaper, paint colours, lighting, furniture & accessories.
  • What paint do you sell?
    We sell Sanderson, Zoffany & Morris & Co paints.
  • What paint finishes are available?
    Emulsion, True Matt Emulsion & Acrylic Eggshell.
  • Do you have tester pots in store?
    Yes, we sell tester pots in­store at £5 each.
