Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order. The processing of a payment and acknowledgement of an order does not constitute a legally binding contract. We do our upmost to provide the most reliable and speedy service possible, however we recommend that you allow enough time for your goods to arrive before committing to contractors or decorating services. Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for third party costs should your goods be subject to delays.
Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if you are not satisfied, let us know and we will try to do our best to help. Please be aware that due to the terms & conditions set by the brands we sell, we are only able to accept a minimum return of 5 rolls and all must be from the same batch. If you are returning a minimum of 5 rolls from the same batch, then please note;

Returned items must be unopened & in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the postage cost of any returns.

Any damaged items will not be accepted or refunded.

Upon receipt of the returned products at Drew Decor Store they will be checked, and a refund issued (excluding original postage costs) back to your original payment method if the products are eligible for return. If the products are found not to be eligible for return, you will be notified.

A Returns Form (at the bottom of this page) must be included with any returns.
Faulty Goods
Please email us at sdrewdecor@gmail.com within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include a photograph of the damaged/faulty item. We will then be able to discuss a replacement, repair or a refund for you. Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. We are unable to refund any postage costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us.
Deliveries
All our products are eligible for free standard delivery when you spend £150 or more. Orders under £150 will be charged £9. If the goods are not in stock, we will deliver them to you as soon as they return to stock.
Express Next day delivery is £10.00 regardless of the value of the order and you need to ensure you place your order before 11am that day.
Please contact us if you need your goods delivered before a certain date and we will be able to advise whether this is possible or not. Drew Decor Store offer wallpaper and paint from manufacturers all over the world and therefore we cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays that are outside of our control.
Samples
Drew Decor will send your sample as quickly as possible. Sample deliveries normally take around 10 days from the date of request, however there may be delays due to stocking issues that are outside of our control and we hold no responsibility for this. If you require a faster sample delivery then please contact us and we will endeavour to assist. Where a sample is discontinued or unavailable, Drew Decor will contact you to discuss other options and offer assistance. Drew Decor withhold the right to refuse a sample order at our discretion.
Complaints Policy and Alternative Dispute Resolution Relating to the Drew Decor Decorating Team
We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied. To ensure we can put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards. In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event of a complaint arising and you wish to refer the complaint to them.
